Datadock is a unique database on vocational training from a quality perspective. It allows the funders of vocational training gathered within the GIE D2OF to verify the compliance of training organizations with the 6 quality criteria defined by the Law.

After their registration on Datadock, training organizations must submit evidence related to the 21 indicators defined by the funders to meet the 6 criteria.

Once the conformity control of the parts has been carried out, the training organizations become “datadocked” by the funders. Each of the latter can decide to include these training organizations in its reference catalog.

A shared service

From a shared database formalized by a technical tool, Datadock has become

• a service provided and homogenized, open to all training organizations, whatever their size
• an attentive service since each training organization can propose corrective actions in the event of rejection of one or more criteria
• a simplifying service. Datadock indeed facilitates the procedures of training organizations which benefit from an identical process for at least 41 funders, as well as the work of funders, thanks to the interfacing carried out with their own information systems.

Assets for all

Datadock enables training organizations:

• complete and update their file independently
• to validate their evidence
• carry out a self-diagnosis on the quality of their offer against the criteria defined by the Law
• if they meet the indicators, to be declared datadocked and therefore to be able to be included in the catalog of certain funders who are responsible for the decision and responsibility
• to benefit from a short circuit when they hold a certification labeled by CNEFOP

Datadock allows funders:

• to examine the declarations of the OFs and to make each of them datadocked or not according to these elements
• to share information on OFs in a collaborative space reserved for them
• access reporting
• to rely on Datadock as a lever for pooling the data storage process of training organizations. It is then up to each funder to choose those he will register in his catalog.
