This is a characterization at high shear rate on products such as paints, varnishes, inks, resins and petroleum products.
• Ability to test at high speed gradient on low sample volumes (< 1 ml).
• Digital display of viscosity in Poises.
• Quick control of the plate temperature by Peltier effect.
• Setting of the pre-measurement and measurement time.
• Parallel port for printer.
• Supplied with 1 cone of your choice and NIST connected calibration certificate.
• Low Torque (LT) version available for low viscosities.
• Mineral standard oils certified at 25°C or 60°C for calibration of optional cones.
Brookfield cone-plate Rheometer CAP2000 +
• Multi-speed model equipped with an RS232 serial port for research and development.
• Variable speed from 5 to 1000 rpm (from 10 to 13300 sec-1).
• 2 models: CAP2000 + L from 5 to 75°C and CAP2000 + H from 50 to 235°C (increments of 0.1°C).
• Optional Capcalc32 software for controlling the viscometer, data acquisition and graphic display;
loops for performing repetitive tasks; mathematical models.
