Two or more coatings can be applied side to side in a single operation, making the system ideal for comparing products.
• Wet deposit between 4 and 500 µm.
• Good repeatability of the test with the application base.
• Meets ASTM D823-53 & BS 3900 standards.
• Small KHC kit (article ref. KHC 01 S): includes 1 base 110 x 220 mm with an application surface of 110 x 180 mm, 8 spiral bars n ° 1 (yellow) to n ° 8 (blue) and an applicator holder.
• Large KHC kit (article ref. KHC 02 S): includes 1 base 240 x 380 mm with an application surface of 220 x 340 mm, 8 spiral bars n ° 1 (yellow) to n ° 8 (blue) and a
applicator holder.
Spiral bars and bases are also sold individually.
Spiral bars are also called: bar coater or Meyer's bar or coating bar.
