• Wet deposit between 4 and 500 µm.
• Repeatability through controlled speed and pressure adjustment.
• Meets ASTM D823-53 and BS 3900 standards.
• Electric or pneumatic motor for areas at risk.
• Speed adjustable from 2 to 15 m/min.
• Base topped with a rubber table, foam and transparent melinex protection sheet.
• Other optional tables: multi-perforated aluminum vacuum table (for standard films), peripheral rubber vacuum table (for fragile or very thin films); table
magnetic (for metal panels); heating table (up to 150°C) and heated vacuum table (up to 150°C). The last 2 models mentioned are not available for the KCC202 applicator.
• Supplied with a set of spiral bars n° 1 to n° 8, a calibration bar (to adjust the pressure optimally) and a bar support fitted with 2 cleaning tubes.
| Models | KCC 101 | KCC 202 |
| Application surface (with the flexible rubber, foam and melinex protective sheet) |
width 170 × length 250 mm | width 325 × length 250 mm |
Another KCC303 model available with a larger application surface: width 350 x length 440 mm, and an adjustable speed from 1 to 39 m/min.
Spiral bars are also called: bar coater or Meyer's bar or coating bar.
• Standard wet film thicknesses (close wound): 4 (white), 6 (yellow), 12 (red), 24 (green), 40 (black), 50 (horn), 60 (orange), 80 (brown) ), 100 (blue) and 120 (ocher) microns.

Reference: Panneaux-test Q-PANEL
Internationally recognized, Q-Panel test panels offer a reproducible and uniform test surface to assess the visual (color, gloss, orange peel) and physical (abrasion, adhesion, impact, bending, thickness, hardness, etc.) properties, but also to carry out tests for corrosion, aging, chemical resistance, curing, drying, etc.
