The best results in terms of dispersion will be obtained by following the diagram below.
The peripheral speed (top speed) of the disc must reach 18 to 22 m / sec.
After premixing the raw materials, increase the shaft speed until no product is on the wall of the tank, and the top of the disperser disc is visible.
